Do you have timeline and production time estimates?

Yes, we always send a written, personalized, production timeline. This will vary by project: materials, quantities and complexity will dictate production ETA.

Can I inspect a single prototype before ordering hundreds of parts?

On large batch orders a pre-batch prototype can be shipped to you for inspection or approvals.

Do you offer instant quoting?

We have a dedicated team to visually and technically inspect your 3D file.

Which files does FH accept for 3d printing services?

You can upload or provide your digital files in these formats: .step, .3mf, .stl, .obj, .sldprt, .blend, .f3d, .skp.

Is there a minimum amount for ordering?

We do not charge minimum amounts or setup fees.

What payments do FH accept?

We accept most electronic payments. 

Which glass fiber polymer is best for my product?

Different applications = different polymers. Our engineers will assess the best material based on your input. We will deliver a personalized recommendation in .pdf format once our analysis is complete.

How temperature resistant will my product be?

We develop products that withstand up to 150C (302F). If higher temperatures are required, send a detailed email, and our team will reach out.

Do you develop car parts?

Automotive parts are our bread and butter. Even if most works are covered with NDAs, you can find non-NDA use cases in “our work” section, with publication approved by the client.

Can you make jigs for guns or machinery?

Yes. Based on the final use case, we will recommend best polymer.

Do you have a quality control procedure?

Every part is inspected prior to leaving our manufacturing site. If requested, we can perform destructive test on selected batches.

Where will my parts be manufactured?

All parts are manufactured in Atlanta, GA.

Can I have my parts serialized with numbers or custom logos?

We offer complimentary serialization of parts with laser etching. if you need serialization or logo embedded in parts, write us and add your requirements;

 Shipping - How quick will I have my part?

If local to our production site in Atlanta, next-day delivery is possible. Larger projects will require a longer production time. Completion time is always stated in Flying Horses’s written proposals.

Can I have my part delivered at a specific address?

Yes, we offer tracked ground and air shipping.
